WHO: Qui-Gon Jinn & Starkiller [Closed]
LOCATION: Hotel room, Traverse Town
TIME: Sometime after this.
WHAT: Qui-Gon & 'Leroy' have a talk about various personal things.
RATING: PG-13 at most I'd think
Leaving Zack in the company of Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon headed further into the hotel trusting Starkiller to follow him. Hopefully the two would get along and entertain each other long enough for him to have a private discussion with his apprentice's friend. He led the way to the room he'd been given in the place and once Starkiller had joined him, he closed the door behind them and turned to study the man silently.
This was likely the man Obi-Wan had spoken of as being from the future, not that that mattered over much to him, but still he couldn't help but wonder about his origins. His connection with the Force was very much obvious and strong, considerably so. Still best to begin with something relatively simple so to speak.
"Might I ask how you came by the name you call yourself?"

Crossing his arms, he studies the Jedi Master right back. It wasn't every day you stood in front of a legend. He was starting to think that was a normal occurance here.
"Starkiller. It was given to me by my creator. It belonged to his original apprentice, Galen Marek." As far as he knows, Clones only have a number. Even if he had a choice, he wouldn't take the name of the real Starkiller.

"If your name is Galen Marek, you should go by that instead of the title given to you by someone who is obviously lying to you about what you are."

Deep down he knew, he wasn't Galen Marek- it wasn't his name to take. The man was dead and he resolved to at least let him keep something of his own. Starkiller was his identity, Leroy, while he wasn't very fond of the name; he was glad to have been given one that didn't feel like an object.
"While Vader lies, the more I think about it, I can't see him lying about this."

If he wanted to insist he was a clone, it was likely best to leave it be. He still had his own doubts as to the matter, but really it didn't make that big of a difference either way. He was rather more interested in what he knew of the Force and how he used it than whether he was a clone or not.

He knew that wasn't much to go by, but he wasn't too keen on answering more questions about Vader. "I'm not interested in what he wanted me to be." Starkiller was hardly interested in taking sides, the Dark Side and the Force could clash all they wanted- he only desired one thing. "The original Starkiller was born to Jedi Parents- as I understand it. Vader took him away- trained him as a Sith assassin. I remember the training as if I experienced it. He broke away in the end- even found himself a Jedi to guide him."
"Look, it's just something I've always known." He pauses, studying him again, "I'm not a threat."
