LOCATION: Somewhere in Agrabah.
TIME: Evening.
WHAT: Kanda found an amazing place to meditate. It just so happened to belong to a certain flame sniper.
RATING: PG-13? Kanda's mouth?

[It was yet another work day and Kanda had been out in Agrabah. He hadn't felt like going home just yet and during his mindless wandering he found a strange shrine-like area and hadn't wasted any time to settle down and meditate.

Although fire wasn't his thing, he certainly didn't have a problem with it. Water was his element, he had always used the bath area for his meditation but now, fire was different. It certainly had a lot more in common with his emotions: anger, fury, revenge, frustration, and a whole set of other emotions. His chest burned but of all those pent up feelings. He was really good at hiding it all. Meditation worked and there was nothing he wanted to do than sit down, shut up, close his eyes, and breath in deeply.

[The past couple of weeks had been stressful to say the least and with the disappearance of Ami, Rei hadn't particularly felt like hanging around the senshi household. She'd gone out for more supplies - mainly paper and ink to make up for all the ofuda she'd used against the heartless - and more ways to make her small makeshift shrine feel more like home. In her miko robe, her footsteps were silent when she headed back into her shrine. The only sound before she spoke was a paper bag plopping on the floor near the doorway.

She shouldn't have been surprised by the person she saw sitting there, meditating. She hadn't thought of him as the meditating type...]

Do you always march into strangers' places and make yourself at home?

[decaying]

[The thump near the door made the exorcist jump. He turned his head to look and of course, it was a nuisance. Why did everyone in that particular house like to bother him?]

This is your place? I thought this was a shrine. Shrine's were open to anyone.

[burningstorm]

It is, but I put it together myself. [And in spite of her mild annoyance, she has no intention of kicking him out as long as he doesn't mess with anything.] The people here don't practice Shinto. I'm not used to visitors.

[decaying]

Are you going to kick me out? [Because that's what matters here.]

[burningstorm]

If you don't wreck anything, you can stay. [She crouches and opens up her paper bag, organizing the papers and decorations around the shrine to get them out of the way. She does so silently for a few moments.] You don't seem the type to meditate.

[decaying]

[He went back, turned around, and let himself continue to meditate.]

And what would make you think that. [Sarcasm.]

[burningstorm]

Meditation is supposed to bring you serenity and calm. [She glowers at him over her shoulder for a moment.] You're not very peaceful.

[decaying]

Are you going to keep talking or let me meditate? [Tch. Look who's talking, woman.] I can say the same for you, priestess.

[burningstorm]

I don't break into houses and violently threaten people. [But she'll leave it at that and let him meditate, and she's not going to let his presence stop her from doing the same. Seating herself in front of the fire burning farther back in the building, she carefully places a specific kind of wood into the flames. What will the fire tell her today?]

[decaying]

Tch.

[Kanda would have responded back to that but he really didn't want to talk about that day. He hadn't been himself. It was, however, enough to throw off his concentration.]

You don't know anything. You shouldn't bother opening your damned mouth.

[burningstorm]

I know what your actions tell me, and that's enough. [She pauses, turning slightly to look at him over her shoulder.] Prove to me otherwise, then I'll change my mind.

[decaying]

Your first judgment was based on something I couldn't control. I didn't mean to break into her bedroom like that, I wasn't myself.
