WHO: Allen Walker (mynameisallen) & Kanda Yu (decaying)
LOCATION: Twilight Town
TIME: Sometime in the early morning.
WHAT: Kanda is in a talkative mood, unfortunately for Allen.
RATING: PG-13 because they're mouthy boys.

[Kanda had just gotten home from work and done his quick routine: a visit to the kitchen, a glance to make sure Lenalee was safe and in bed, and finally Allen's room. It was a habit he was getting used to, really. When he opened Allen's door, however, just seeing him asleep annoyed him. They hadn't exactly spoken about the other week and Kanda should have known if he never brought it up, Allen wouldn't either. Too bad. Kanda wasn't sleepy yet. He moved over to the bed and kicked him with his boot.]

Wake up, beansprout. I'm talking to you.

[The one thing that Allen had not been expecting any time soon was a boot kicking him out of bed. Falling to the floor he shot up, glaring at the source of the annoying problem.]

Ka-Kanda, what the hell is your problem?!

[decaying]

[Music to his ears. There was always something good about watching the beansprout in distress. He ignored the insults and the question.]

We need to talk. Now.

[mynameisallen]

[He...didn't even answer the damn question he yelled at him. With a yawn he stood up, thankfully his companion Link Jr. was still fast asleep on the spare pillow Allen had given him.]

What do we need to talk about at this time!

[decaying]

Neah. What the hell are we going to do about him?

[mynameisallen]

We're seriously having this talk now? Can't I just sleep for a few more hours, I did only get home ten minutes ago.

[decaying]

No, it can't. For all we know, the next time you wake up it might not be you and since you seem to enjoy avoiding the topic, I figured I would do it on my own terms.

[mynameisallen]

[He turned his head away, sure he avoided the topic, but that was because it was the most depressing thing to even think about.]

Could of waited until later. But fine, we'll talk, but expect me to not be happy about it.

[decaying]

What's the call. Are you going to let us kill you or not?

[mynameisallen]

I haven't decided yet, though I guess you really want to do it if it comes to it.

[decaying]

I don't want to do it. I don't want to kill you but if I can't stop the fourteenth, I don't think we have much of a choice.

[mynameisallen]

[He went and sat on the edge of the bed.]

I never really thought about this much, mainly because I set of fighting it and winning. It... never crossed my mind that I could lose.

[decaying]

It's not losing when the other team is cheating. What he did isn't fair to you and as long as we don't find a way to stop him, we won't be able to hold him back.

[mynameisallen]

I'm doing most of the holding back though. But, I guess this should have been something we need to talk about, just in case.

[decaying]

I'm not saying you're not doing your part. I'm just saying if you can't hold him back, I'll have to take care of it.

[mynameisallen]

It's better you than someone like Lenalee.

[At that thought, he glanced down. He would never put Lenalee through something like having to do that.]

[decaying]

Something we agree on. [He moved over to the bed and took a seat on it.]

I won't let Neah harm anyone.

[mynameisallen]

[He nodded slightly, looking at his hands as he did.]

I won't let him win. I... won't let him take over. I'll try my hardest till I can't any more.

[decaying]

You're not listening to me, Allen. You need to me what I should do if you can't stop him.

[mynameisallen]

I don't know. It's not exactly something I ever expected to come up in conversation, ever. So, I honestly don't have a game plan for the possibility.

[decaying]

I do. If he takes over, I'll try to tie you up and shove me you in a closet. If that doesn't work I'm killing you. Th-They say after a few days or so you get spit out from the darkness. You make sure it's you that comes back and not Neah.

[mynameisallen]

I don't get how shoving me in a closet will actually be a good thing, but...wait a minute who says that?

[He blinked a couple of times, after a few days you come out of the darkness, he wonders about that now.]

[decaying]

A few people who apparently died. [Yeah, he did his homework.] I don't know how it works or if they even did die but... it's a possibility. Nothing makes much sense here.

[mynameisallen]

[Wow, Allen is surprised Kanda actually did research that wasn't just given to him.]

I guess not, but I won't know until it happens to me.

[decaying]

Then say the word. I'll keep it in mind if I have to kill you.

[mynameisallen]

Fine, though this conversation is pretty much not what I was expecting at all after work.

[decaying]

Don't look so depressed. Where's your fake smiles?

[mynameisallen]

I'm tired, not depressed.

[decaying]

Right. Go to sleep, then. I just wanted to make sure we had a plan.

[mynameisallen]

[He yawned slightly.]

Sure, guess we have one now. Hope you have a good day at work.

[decaying]

I just got home from work. Took a night shift. [Which was why he bothered you.] I'm going to sleep.
