[ in the spirit of halloween, masane had gone out in costume and pestered the poor residents of traverse town for candy and other sweet treats. it's what the holiday was about, after all... or at least what it had become about. but that didn't matter! because as the day drew to a close she couldn't help but squeal in absolute delight. ]

[ she was finally going to get to go there and on the best possible night. she'd told everybody to meet up at the traverse town gummi docks at six, sharp, and as it drew closer to time she scrambled to get ready. it was almost a relief, actually, that she didn't have to bother with a costume... though she was still scared skeptical about the town choosing it. oh well--! yolo. ]

[ panting as she reached the dock, she meandered over to a bench to sit. hopefully everybody would arrive soon so they could start the fun! ]

[He sighs quietly, getting comfortable there under his arm. He'd done it without thinking really, which he hoped wasn't a bad...er, thing. Really, perhaps he's getting a bit more trusting than he should be. That and it just so happens Pegasus doesn't always consider or realize what kind of effect his actions are going to have on another person. But his aim isn't to make Leonardo uncomfortable. Not in the slightest!]

[Honestly he does feel a sort of affection towards him...Can't help it! Who wouldnt? So it's a kind of display that won't be lost on either party no doubt, as Pegasus isn't the type to ignore the body language or the reaction of another. He can tell Leonardo seems...a bit flustered. He stares up at him.]

Er, are you alright? It's the dress, isn't it..

[He didn't really but out here in public and with Pegasus in a dress... That was a very strange sight he had to admit. It was more that they could get into trouble. There was no way of knowing what the laws on this particular world might be like. For all Leonardo knew just wearing that dress might be enough to get Pegasus killed and him right along beside.
Although... he did look very much like a lady. Maybe no one would notice?]

[My, my was someone proposing something they...er, well shouldn't? This is going to draw some strange attention, isn't it? But honestly Pegasus is oblivious to this, in fact it never even crossed his mind why Leonardo seemed so...concerned. Really he's interpreting it just a bit differently.

He slowly draws back, now a little flustered himself even if he's not certain as to why.]

It's awfully sudden but I suppose if you insist!

Oooh~ We're going to go somewhere...in private?

[Or was it more him being protective? Either way it was kind of cute.]

[Leonardo said while guiding Pegasus toward one of the nearby buildings and maintaining a look out over his shoulder to make certain they had not been spotted. Luckily the street was deserted and it appeared to him they might be able to make a safe getaway.

He of course had no idea what Pegasus's expectations might have been. Leonardo was just trying to make sure they both did not end up in some kind of trouble. He didn't even wonder why this would have been sudden, the more pressing safely concerns were weighing on his mind more heavily than anything else.

Leonardo finally breathed a sigh of relief once they were safely inside and the door closed behind them.]

[Pegasus is being rushed along, but for once he doesn't protest, so long as he has such good company to play with!~ As it was he's sashaying alongside him as best he's able in those high heels and dress, holding onto his arm while he can.

And then that's when they go inside....a building. In Halloween Town, and for the moment appear alone. Well, maybe they were "safe" for now, but now Leonardo's behavior is starting to provoke his interests.

His eye fixes a stare of intensity on him, smirking slightly. He wonders how this is going to turn out.]

Hmm. My, my you're all flushed.

[Flushed? Was he? With out a thought Leonardo moved a hand to his own cheek only to find out how warm his face was. Yeah, his cheeks must have been quite pink at the moment.
It was a strange situation he found himself in and Pegasus was such a naturally flirtatious person... It was really impossible not to be flushed. But how to explain that? ]

We should try to work out a way to get you back off the planet.

[His hand cupped over his, sliding to touch with his own cooler palm. Poor thing. Did he inspire such a reaction? Maybe approaching him like this--nevermind that it wasn't his choice in the first place--hadn't been the best idea, but...what was done was done.]

[And Leonardo was in fact still staying with him. Workshop spaces were difficult to come by for some reason so he hadn't found a suitable place to move into yet. But, it was unlikely Dante would follow any law like that even if one did exist...
While Leonardo did believe Pegasus and nod like he understood old fears don't disappear quite so easily. He still felt very uncertain about the entire situation.]

[He slips closer, the part up his dress revealing perhaps a little too much of his thigh but hey, who's paying attention to that? Turning to face him fully Pegasus smiled softly then leaned over gently and gave him a soft kiss.

Then he pulled back after a moment, petting his cheek.]

No one's going to judge you, I promise. Least of all me. And I wouldn't let them anyways.

[Testing the limits of this new found cultural freedom... being kissed by a man in a lit window for all of Halloween Town to see if they happened to be looking in that direction at the right moment.
Leonardo froze, his mind a whirl of unordered thoughts. Hadn't Pegasus just said... but then he...?
Not that the kiss was bad or unwanted, it was actually very sweet and comforting to have some one who really understood his usual very carefully hidden inner concerns, but Pegasus was a constant surprise to him!

[Because he's never had men be comfortable around him when he got "flirty". That wasn't nearly as bad as half the things he'd done to Kaiba but even so. To think he might have inspired such a reaction that implied...That possibly Leonardo may have felt something similar.

He leans his head on his shoulder, sighing softly.]

[Not really. Pegasus was a confusing sort of person but that only made Leonardo more curious about him. Pegasus snuggling into his arm was just one more little surprise. The only way that felt appropriate to respond to this was to place a hand on his shoulder in a kind of supportive half-hug, holding Pegasus close.]

[If there was something he'd always wanted, it would be someone he could do things like this with...Someone he could show his affection to. Like Cyndia. But even if it wasn't conceivable, if he was meant to be alone, at least for a little while having Leo by his side would assuage that loneliness.]

[His soft tresses push against Leo's shoulder and he doesn't stop there just yet, getting cozy.]
