[mass log] The Meeting

WHO: Anyone and everyone! All of star_kingdom!
LOCATION: Destiny Islands, the beach
TIME: Saturday, late morning onwards
WHAT: A group discussion on the threat of the darkness, and brainstorming a plan of action to save the worlds.
NOTES: The meeting will be done in the designated thread, with no tagging order. Action tags rather than prose to make things move more quickly, please! Zuko (and Tidus?) will try to steer the discussion and make sure it stays on topic, but aside from that, go nuts.


Zuko had spent the morning preparing for the meeting. It's pretty informal, all things considered; the chairs are set out in a loose circle, and nearby there's food and refreshments. It could actually pass for some kind of bizarre beach party, if it weren't for the seriousness of the subject matter.

Zuko's not all that nervous. His only concern is whether people will listen to him or even want to show up at all. He's not Fire Lord here, and it'll take more than a crown and a throne to make people take a sixteen-year-old seriously. Still, he's determined to prove himself. Moreso, he's determined to do whatever he can for his world, and all the other worlds, as well. If enough people come together to share their ideas, they're bound to come up with something.

It's fun. It was more fun in the beginning when I first went to find Xehanort, before I ended up here and lost my home along with practically everything else... [ yeah, so...not really anymore ;; ]

[ he looks to his hand, not pushing him away or anything just...letting himself be comforted ] I have to find Aqua first, she's a master and she's the only one who can get our home back.

[ he shakes his head ] Anyway, this isn't what should be discussed here right now.

How come only a master can get your home back?

No...I guess not. [he looks out.]

If the worlds are locked in darkness, they're the only ones able to unlock them.

[ nods ] ...I don't want everyone else to know about the keyblade.

How come though? Why is it only they can unlock them?

Don't worry. I don't plan on telling anyone. It would just make things more chaotic than they already are.

I don't know if Ventus or I could do it, I've never tried. I've just been told that only Masters could do that.

...I could be wrong, but I think you should try. What's the worst that could happen?

Yeah...

[ sigh ] I don't know if I'm strong enough.

You can't know if you never try.

I'll...ask Ventus about it. I'm not sure about it all.

Okay, but you should try no matter what his answer is.

[ he shrugs a little, not sure if he was capable of doing it ]

[he goes quiet for a moment.] Terra, when you have a goal, you can't let yourself be distracted by what-ifs, or the next hot girl you see. You have to believe in yourself, because I do, and so do other people. You have the strength, but if you doubt yourself you set yourself up for failure.

[darkerearth]

I don't worry about girls-- [ that was besides the point, but he felt that it needed to be said because he is not a bad boy! >:( he nods though, knowing that Tidus was right ]
